What is mind reading and thought broadcasting?

Mind reading can be understood as the exchange of thoughts between two people without actual communication. When someone has the ability to capture the thoughts of someone without any communication he is called as Mind Reader.

And mind broad casting is the ability in which one can feed his thoughts in the mind of many people without actually communicating.
