Do not under-estimate yourself in front of anyone.
I know aapko lagta hai ki aapki physical appearance aapke saath ke baaki logo se better nahi hai, aap doosre logo ke saamne apna confident loose kar jaate ho. But bas ab or nahi... it is time to bring change to your life. Just have the confidence that You are the best!.
Baaki log bhi aap hi ki tarah insaan hai... no one is perfect. chahe saamne india ka sabse ameer aadmi mukesh ambani hi kyun na akar khada hojay, khudko kam mat samajhna... aaj, is waqt, jitni energy aapki body me hai, utni hi energy saamne waale ki body me hai... vo bhi saans lene se hi zinda hai, usey bhi zinda rehne ke liye khaana khana padta hai, paani peena padta hai. uske andar bhi vahi sab samaan fit hai, jo aapke andar hai. (Lungs,Heart, Liver etc etc) To fir aap saamne waale se kam kese huye? Yeh sab humare dimag ke andar hai. Hum jesa khudko samajhte hain, vese hi ban jaate hain.

#Trick 2:
Give your best shot every time.
Aap jo bhi kaam karte ho, jis bhi company me job karte ho... aapko kaam karte huye koi dekh raha hai ya nahi, is baat ko bhool jao. doosro ko dikhane ke liye nahi, balki apna kaam khud se achha karo.
Always give your best shot. Aapke saathi employees/Competitors chahe working hours me kaam kar rahe ho ya time paas kar rahe ho, aap apna kaam karte raho. Ye mat sochna ki koi dekh nahi raha, to kyun kaam karna.... kaam dikhayi nahi deta... kaam bolta hai... aapka kaam aapke boss ke kaan me jaaker khud hi aapki tareef karega or aapki increment ki sifarish karega. Dekhna, aapko pata bhi nahi chalega or apke office me aapki post, salary or respect sab badhjaygi :)
#Trick 3:
Ask for it:
Yeh sabse zaada powerful method hai, to raise your income. Log aksar khud hi itne confident nahi hote ki vo dar ke maare apne boss se salary rise ke liye pooch hi nahi paate.
Kabhi kabhi hum sochte hain, ki apne boss se salary badhane ke liye poocha to vo naraz hojayga, ya hume naukri se hi nikaal dega... haina?
NO!!! aap ek baar pooch kar to dekho... agar apko lagta hai ki aap apna kaam office me theek se karte ho, time paas nahi karte... to aap poore confidence ke saath boss se apni slary badhane ki request kar sakte ho, by giving him some valid reasons for why he should raise your salary.
Don't be shy to ask for more... you are just asking for what you deserve.
This method may or may not work for every one, every time... but what if it works?
What if you get to raise your income just by asking for it?
Agar aap business karte ho, to apni services ya product ka price thoda badhakar maang sakte ho apne customers se... there is no harm in asking for little more...
